NewsGallows premiere new video onlineGallows have announced the release of a new video for 'Staring At The Rude Bois'. The video for the hidden track from Gallows' debut album 'Orchestra Of Wolves' was directed by Paul Gore (The Bravery, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club). It was shot at a railway station in East Grinstead, England, and features Lethal Bizzle, who raps on the track. The video for 'Staring At The Rude Bois' is currently streaming from Gallows' MySpace page, and will be featured on MySpace's music page tomorrow (October 17). Meanwhile, the band are currently touring the world, and will kick off the Australian leg of their jaunt on Friday (October 19). Nightmare Of You, Homeless? After spending the last few months perfecting tunes for their sophomore record, Nightmare Of You declared their free-agency yesterday, announcing that they have parted ways with label EastWest. Confirming the split via their official MySpace page, NOY wrote, "As of today, April 17, 2007, Nightmare Of You and our respective Bevonshire Label have left our old home at EastWest and are free to explore the best options for the future of the band. Our forthcoming album will NOT be affiliated with Sire Records nor will it suffer from the poor distribution our debut endured." The Long Island band, which features emo veterans Brandon Reilly (the Movielife) and Samuel Siegler (Rival Schools, GlassJaw) remained optimistic about their recording future, going on to write "We are very lucky for this freedom to explore the 'right' options for us since most contractually obligated bands can end up crippled by a lack of both passion and resources." Nightmare Of You will continue to play the remainder of their confirmed dates including a Long Island homecoming gig May 26 with I Am The Avalanche. Tour Dates For Nightmare Of You: 04/20 - Oxford, OH - Miami University Shriver Center 04/21 - Buffalo, NY - Club Infinity 04/22 - Sayreville, NJ - Starland Ballroom 04/24 - Pittsburgh, PA - Point Park University 05/26 - Long Island, NY - Temple Beth AM |
